The nearest international airport is Bolanzo Airport, which is 32 kilometres away and roughly a 25-minute drive from the hotel. Public transport takes around an hour - from the airport, take the short bus ride to Bolzano Fiera, and from here hop on the train at Bozen Süd - Messe, which will take you straight to Merano station.

The hotel is in the heart of Merano, a town in South Tyrol, northern Italy, best known for its spas and mountains. As it's situated in a basin, it enjoys a mild winter climate, yet offers easy access to nearby ski resorts, giving visitors the best of both worlds. The beautiful landscapes make it ideal for outdoor pursuits, including winter sports, walking trails and city promenades.

Merano Thermal Hot Baths is a 10-minute walk from the hotel – using thermal waters from Vigiljoch Mountain, this modern structure offers a host of wellness facilities with gorgeous views, including 13 indoor and 12 outdoor pools, two steam baths, a range of saunas, a fitness centre and a spa (two of the outdoor pools remain open over winter).
